Macap MI40 Touch

The Macap MI40 Touch is a modern commercial grinder designed to meet evolving café demands with both performance and intuitive control. Developed in collaboration with V12 Design studio, it features a distinctive design and a 3.5” touchscreen display with Macap’s user-friendly HMI, offering seamless operation and precise dose programming.

Equipped with 65mm flat burrs and a powerful 480W motor, the MI40 Touch delivers consistent grinding performance with a productivity of up to 3.3 g/s. Its 1.2kg hopper capacity and four programmable doses make it well suited for busy service environments, while the grind adjustment ring with zero setting ensures accuracy across different brew styles.

Built for reliability, the grinder includes a metal portafilter fork, integrated cooling system with adjustable fan, and air intake base for improved heat management. Optional upgrades such as stepless adjustment, titanium burrs, and a side tamper allow further customisation to suit professional workflows.
