Description
Produced by Yohanes Ageze on his 4-hectare coffee farm from Idido, Yirgacheffe. Yohanes and his family selectively handpick ripe, red cherries and process it on their farm. They hand sort cherry before laying it on raised beds to dry for 14 days. This coffee is organically farmed with no chemical fertilisers. Ethiopia is famous for being the birthplace of Coffee. This is a wonderful example of Yirgacheffe.
