The Rebero lot is a separation from the 633 farmers that are currently using the Kinini washing station, chosen from trees grown on north facing slopes at altitudes of 1973 metres above sea level and above. The high elevations contribute to its complex flavours and bright characteristics. Cherry is delivered to the washing station by 4pm on the day of picking, where it is fermented, pulped, fermented again and soaked before drying. The meticulous detail of the process results in a bright, crisp cup with clarity of flavour. Enjoy!
