This lot comes from Sero Dan Bebes’ 40-hectare Besser farm in Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands. The cooler climate, fertile volcanic soil, and longer cherry maturation promote the development of complex flavours. The farm grows varieties like Blue Mountain and Typica, shaded by native Casuarina trees.
Another coffee that can be brewed using multiple methods but best served as an espresso.
