Our own signature blend brings together a mid-season Darjeeling and China Keemun Peony, creating a comforting cup with both grapey brightness and toasty richness.

What Makes It Special

We combine the fruit-forward Darjeeling—picked mid-season for balanced flavour—with hand-sorted Keemun Peony from Anhui, China. The result is a delicious harmony: bright, muscatel notes from Darjeeling cushioned by the round, slightly smoky nuttiness of Keemun Peony.

Origin & Craft

• Darjeeling: Low-caffeine, classic Indian black tea known as the “Champagne of Teas” .
• Keemun Peony: A high-grade Chinese black tea with tightly rolled leaves, producing a subtly fruity and toasty liquor
