By turning the dial, you select your desired temperature ranging from 135°F to 212°F, and Stagg EKG does the rest.

60 Minute HOLD Option
When the toggle on the back is switched to HOLD mode, Stagg EKG will maintain your desired temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes. When the toggle is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will go to sleep after reaching the set temperature.

PRECISION MECHANICS

The counterweight handle moves the center of mass backwards towards your hand, which promotes a more comfortable and slower pouring. To speed up your coffee brewing process, Stagg EKG has a fast 1200 watt heating element.
VARIABLE TEMPERATURE
The temperature of your beans, the roasting, the size of the grind and the coffee method are all factors that affect your brewing temperature, and with the Stagg EKG you have control to the nearest degree. By turning the dial, you select your temperature between 57°C and 100°C. When the button on the back of the device switches to HOLD mode, the EKG Stagg maintains the desired temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes.
PREPARE LIKE A PRO
Used in barista competitions across the US and Europe, the Stagg EKG makes brewing like a pro easy. A stylish LCD display shows the desired "Setpoint Temperature" and "Real-time Temperature" with a lighting element to show the heating progress.
