The Varia VS3 2nd Generation is a compact, precision grinder designed for consistent performance and smooth workflow. Its 76.5° sloped design enables near zero retention and easy operation. Upgraded with a stainless steel gearbox, fixed motor alignment, and high-precision machining, it delivers improved stability and grind consistency. A redesigned hopper reduces static and keeps the coffee path clean, while simplified components make servicing easier. Ideal for single dosing, the VS3 handles both espresso and filter grinding. For light roasts at fine settings, slower feeding or a slightly coarser grind is recommended.
