Heritage Blend: Roasters Jason & Eric Honour Founder’s Retirement with a Fitting Tribute

A retirement gift for John Green was never going to be conventional. Instead, roasters Jason & Eric, who had learned their craft alongside him, chose to honour him in the way they knew best; by creating a coffee. The challenge was to reflect the character, passion and dedication that John has brought to the industry over 45 years.

The result is Heritage Blend. Three carefully selected coffees, each contributing its own character: earthy depth, mellow spice and natural sweetness in equal measure. Medium to dark roasted for a warm, rounded profile, it finishes with notes of toasted walnut and biscuit like sweetness, smooth, balanced, and easy drinking any time of day.

Inspired by John's relentless pursuit of balance and quality, Heritage Blend is more than just a coffee. It is a thank you, a toast to an extraordinary career, and a lasting reminder of the friendships and values that continue to shape the business he started.
